Steps to use whatsapp web in OneHash ERP/CRM

| Note:
++ Whatsapp web version should be logged in into the same browser. ++
++ Mobile number must be available in doctype/form where whatsapp web is to be used. ++

Step 1: Go to the doctype/form/masterlist which transaction details you wanted to send. Ensure that mobile number is available doctype/form.

Step 2: Open the transaction, go to menu button and find and click Whatsapp Web

Step 3: Select contact from the drop-down menu then add the text to send and click send.
