| Event Notification
Enabling Event notifications notifies it's end users of all the important tasks 10 minutes ahead of the scheduled time.
Event notifications can be set for both internal (employees, Sales manager) and external parties(Customers, leads).
To notify external parties such as leads or customers we need to select the “Notify Customers†checkbox
Event notifications can be sent via - System Notification, Email Notification and SMS Notification.
