📌 How to Use Email Insights

  1. ✉️ Sending Emails:

    • Open a Customer document, click on the three-dot menu, and send an email with attachments.

    • Alternatively, use Notifications, run an Email Campaign, or set up a Drip Campaign to send emails.

    • Navigate to the Communication List and filter emails based on the linked document (e.g., the quotation or customer document).

    • Open the relevant communication record.
